Neil Mulholland

NEIL MULHOLLAND is
the linchpin of the training enterprise at Larkinglass. This
young trainer shows great maturity and attention to detail over
each of his charges in the training barns. Neil served a three
year apprenticeship with Aiden O’Brien, which gave him a solid
grounding. He then switched to National Hunt and as a freelance
jockey rode winners for a number of trainers including Eamonn
Sheehy, Colm Murphy and Edward
O’Grady. In 2004 he came to England and was based with Ferdy
Murphy, later becoming stable jockey to Micky Hammond, Alan and
Lucy Normile and Sandy Forster. He came to Larkinglass in 2006
where he was Paul Keane’s retained jockey and latterly assistant
trainer.

Neil is going to train some flat horses during the Summer months
and keep a few horses for the Summer jumping before the launch
of his first full National Hunt Season as a trainer.
Neil always
attends the races and is very good with the Connections - one of Neil's main
aims is to make sure that all Connections have a great day at the races!

The Larkinglass team is 100% committed to all their clients
having as much fun, enjoyment and success as possible.
