JOHN AND GEORGIE MOORE are directors of Larkinglass and long standing friends of the Harringtons. They inherited the Harwood Arabian Stud from Georgie’s parents in 2007 and this distinguished stud established in 1896 will now be based at Larkinglass (link: www.harwoodarabianstud.com). Through past joint ownership the Moore's developed a keen interest in National Hunt racing and are looking forward to Larkinglass’s future successes. |

HARRINGTON is the Managing Director of Larkinglass. Liz
is well-known in the National Hunt Breeding world as for
many years she and her late husband Don, were
responsible for Conkwell Grange Stud near Bath where
such notable sires as Dubassof, Nicholas Bill,
Pragmatic, Lyphento, Sula Bula and Midnight Legend
stood. The plan at Larkinglass is to stand one or more
quality sires for West Country National Hunt Breeders
from 2009.
Liz’s wealth of knowledge on all aspects of breeding and the second to none care she takes over covering, foaling, weaning and eventually the backing of horses has won her immense respect from her clients over many years. She has over-all care of every horse housed at Larkinglass. Having fun at Wincanton Races!
